- Please provide accurate shipping addresses to prevent any shipping delays. Double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
- Although Flow Mountain Bike Apparel will not be responsible for the unfortunate event of a lost, or stolen packages, we will do our best to work with UPS and assist with the entire process of the claim.
- All claims are looked over case-by-base, and will be working closely to try to find out the location of the shipment.
- There is no guarantee of full reimbursement for a lost/stolen package, but it is common for them to fully compensate the cost of a stolen/lost item while in transportation.
- Orders will processed and shipped within 48 hours taking 3-5 business days for delivery within Canada. World wide shipping will vary due to COVID, but the we expect between 2-7 week delivery times depending on your location.
- Flow Mountain Bike Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to invalid or mistyped addresses.
- All customers with bouncing shipments due to invalid addresses will receive in email letting them know of the incorrect address. We can attempt to ship to another location, or exchange for in-store credit.
- Duties and taxes change depending on the country, although not always occurred. The amount of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
- All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
- Only one discount code can be applied to one purchase.
- International exchange rates are applied at checkout.
- Exchange rates are updated daily.
- All sales are final, although we do offer in store credits for unused items.
